Overview: Production Packers
HYDRAULIC SET PRODUCTION PACKER (GR-HPR-1)
- Hydraulically activated, hydrostatic-set, low-pressure, rig-pump-capable activation.
- Available in all metallurgical and Elastomers conforming to NACE MR 0175 or H2S, and suitable for standard normal/ H2S, CO2 well services requirements
HYDRAULIC SET RETRIEVABLE PACKER (GR-HPR-2)
- Hydraulic-set retrievable packer is designed for low- to medium-pressure applications. The short body length makes it excellent for low-angle deviations and horizontal applications. This compact, economical packer requires no mandrel movement. Its straight-pull release, pressure equalization, and shear-out features provide quick release and easy retrieval.

COMPRESSION SET RETRIEVABLE PACKER (GR-MPP 1,2 )
- The ASI-X Packer is the most versatile of the mechanically set retrievable packers and may be used in any production application.
- The ASI-X Packer is suited for treating, testing, or injection applications, in pumping or flowing wells, either deep or shallow.
- The packer can be left in tension or compression, depending on well conditions and the required application.

- Full Bore Double-Grip Retrievable Packer with an integral Unloader.
- Opposed, non-transferring dovetail Slips prevent movement of the Packer in either direction due to pressure differentials, while allowing landing of the tubing in tension, compression, or neutral.

- No Tubing Manipulation required: The setting mechanism of this Packer is activated with pump pressure. The Packer can be set after the well is flanged up and the tubing is displaced.
- Setting Mechanism: The design of the setting mechanism ensures sustained pack-off force throughout life of the Packer. The tool does not depend on trapped hydraulic pressure, but mechanically locks initial setting forces into the packing elements.
